If the bond says Any does this mean I can post any of the types of bonds?
Yes. This mean you may post a cash, surety, or personal bond.
What if it says No Bond Information Available?

What is a cash bond?
A cash bonds means cash can be paid to post bail. In this case, no personal bonds will be taken.

How can I pay a cash bond?
If the charges were made in Travis County, you can pay the following ways:
Exact cash amount. The Sheriff's Office cannot give change.
Money order or cashier's check made out to the Travis County Sheriff's Office.
If the charges are from another county, you can pay by:

Cashier's check in the exact amount: Make sure you DO NOT make the money order out to anyone until told to do so by the Sheriff’s Office.

When can I get a cash bond back?
After the court case is completely over, the judge may/will order the money to be returned. However, bonds that are paid for delinquent child support are not refunded to the payee nor to the defendant.
I paid a cash bond for someone else. Can I get my money back?
Regardless of who paid for the bond, cash bonds can only be returned to the defendant (except delinquent child support bonds).

Delinquent Child Support Bonds
Delinquent child support bonds must be paid based on the amount owed (in arrears), as either a percentage of the arrears or the full amount of the arrears.
The cash bond monies paid by the defendant (called "respondent" in civil law) at the Sheriff's Department, are forwarded to the District Clerk's Office. From there the payment is sent to the child support registry who in turn sends it to the person who has legal custody of the children (called the payee). The payment is not returned to the individual who paid the bond, but credit does go towards his/her child support obligation.
